北京大学深圳研究生院新材料学院

学院致力于新材料“基因组”、清洁能源体系的研发,重点领域包括清洁能源的采集(热电材料、太阳能电池材料)、存储(储能和动力电池与关键材料)与应用(新能源汽车、新型有机光电显示关键材料、照明材料)及通过高通量的材料计算、合成与检测等新材料“基因组”技术开展关键材料等研究,为新能源、新材料产业的发展提供技术支撑。

岗位职责

材料基因组材料结构与性能方向预聘助理教授

围绕材料计算与物质结构大数据方向开展材料基因组材料结构与性能的研究,探索材料结构演化过程及相关的知识图谱,以电池层状正极材料为研究对象,研究材料在合成、存储及循环过程中相结构及结构基元(基因)的演化过程,建立与材料电化学性能之间的关系相图,发展物质结构大数据系统。

材料基因组固态电池开发方向预聘助理教授

运用材料基因组学新范式开展固态锂离子电池、固态电解质、高比容量负极材料相关的科学研究,加速保障我院牵头的材料基因组固态锂电池国家重点专项的顺利实施完成。

有机光电功能器件开发方向预聘助理教授

从事OLEDs、钙钛矿发光二极管、钙钛矿太阳能电池和有机太阳能电池器件相关的科学研究工作及洁净间的管理工作。开展新型有机光电显示和半导体材料有机光电功能器件研发,优化补充新材料学院在有机光电材料与器件设计开发方向的布局,构建有机功能材料合成-有机功能器件物理-工艺表征为一体的学科平台。

应聘条件

材料基因组材料结构与性能方向预聘助理教授

1、国内外知名高校获得材料、化学、凝聚态物理等相关专业的博士学位,有在海外知名高校或科研院所从事相关领域的研究经历;

2、熟练掌握各种原位同步辐射技术,具有在国内外各大同步辐射光源从事层状正极材料的相结构及结构基因演化相关研究的经验者优先;

3、近3年在相关研究领域,以第一作者或通讯作者发表相关高水平SCI学术论文(IF>10);

4、具有单独主持国家级和省部级科研项目的经历者优先;

5、有较好的英文写作水平、团队合作沟通能力。

材料基因组固态电池开发方向预聘助理教授

1、应聘人应具有化学、材料等相关专业的博士学位,拥有海外高水平大学博士学位或3年以上海外科研工作经历者优先。年龄不超过35周岁。

2、具有良好的电化学、材料学基础,能独立从事有机固态电解质、无机固态电解质和高比容量负极材料相关的科研工作和软包电池开发等研究工作;

3、工作期间主持过省部级以上项目;

4、第一作者或通讯作者(包括共同第一或通信作者)发表相关高水平SCI学术论文(IF>10);

5、申请人应具有较好的学术训练和独立撰写项目书的经验,并具有优秀的英文写作水平、团队合作沟通能力。

有机光电功能器件开发方向预聘助理教授

1、国内高水平大学获得材料物理化学、材料化学等专业的博士学位且有博士后研究经历,具有在高校或科研单位从事相关研究2年以上,年龄不超过35周岁。

2、能独立从事OLEDs、钙钛矿发光二极管、钙钛矿太阳能电池和有机太阳能电池器件相关的科研工作和相关设备管理维护工作;

3、工作期间主持过国家级项目;

4、第一作者或通讯作者(包括共同第一或通信作者)发表相关高水平SCI学术论文(IF>10);

5、申请人应具有较好的学术训练和独立撰写项目书的经验,有较好的英文写作水平、团队合作沟通能力

Faculty positions at School of Advanced Materials

School of Advanced Materials

The School of Advanced Materials (SAM) is committed to the research of the advanced materials genome technology and clean energy systems. The key areas include clean energy collection (thermoelectric and solar cells), energy storage (power batteries), application (new energy vehicles, new organic photoelectric displays and lighting) and the calculation, synthesis and detection of high flux materials etc. to develop the key research of advanced materials genome technology, and further to provide the technical support for the development of new energy materials industry.

SAM considers industrialization as a development goal to carry on the collaborative innovation in the interdisciplinary research. On Oct. 2015, the National Center of Electric Vehicle Power Battery and Materials for International Research was founded at SAM by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. In 2016, we won the first batch of the key project grant for the national Materials Genome Initiative (MGI) program of China: The MGI technique and its application in the research of solid-state batteries. We are also responsible for the national key innovation engineering project of new energy vehicle (power battery), and being especially supported by the innovative entrepreneurial team in Guangdong province. We have been awarded with the titles, the key laboratory of Shenzhen and the engineering laboratory of Shenzhen, and have obtained special national and local support for the foundation and application of our research.

Job Description

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Material Simulation and Big Data of Material Structures

This job requires investigating material structure and performance by material calculations and the big data method of material structure. Exploring the process of structure evolution and the related knowledge graph. Investigating the change process of phase structure and the structural units during the synthesis, storage and electrochemical cycling of layered cathodes for secondary batteries, and figuring out the relationship between the structural evolution and the electrochemical performance, and developing the big data system of material structure.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in MGI Solid-State Batteries

Based on the novel MGI paradigm, this job involves developing solid-state batteries, solid electrolytes and high-capacity anode materials to push accelerate the MGI program.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organic Optoelectronic Devices

This job involves developing devices of OLEDs, perovskite LEDs, perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells. Applications should also have experience on equipment management and maintenance.

Requirements

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Material Simulation and Big Data of Material Structures

1. Applicants should have a Ph. D degree (physics, chemistry, and materials) from domestic or foreign top universities, under the age of 35. Research experiences in overseas universities and institutions are preferred.

2. Applicants should have outstanding experience and research ability in material calculations (development and application of first principles method) and high-throughput calculations.

3. Experiences of hosting national or provincial and ministerial-level projects.

4. Applicants must have high-quality SCI publications (impact factor > 10) in related areas as (co)first or (co)correspondence authors during last 3 years.

5. Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in MGI Solid-State Batteries

1. Applicants should have a Ph. D degree (chemistry and materials) under the age of 35. Applicants with a Ph.D degree or equivalent research experiences (over 3 years) in overseas universities and institutions are preferred.

2. Applicants should have outstanding experience and research ability in material science and chemistry. Applicants should be able to carry out studies on inorganic/organic solid-state electrolytes, high-capacity anode materials and soft-pack batteries.

3. Experiences of hosting national or provincial and ministerial-level projects.

4. Applicants must have high-quality SCI publications (impact factor > 10) in related areas as (co)first or (co)correspondence authors during last 3 years.

5. Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organic Optoelectronic Devices

1. Applicants should have a Ph. D degree (material physical chemistry or material chemistry) from domestic or foreign top universities, under the age of 35. Applicants should have research experiences in related area for over 2 years.

2. Applicants should be able to independently carry out researches on devices of OLEDs, perovskite LEDs, perovskite solar cells and organic solar cells. Applications should also have experience on equipment management and maintenance.
